We send new products for clients to replace without sending broken ones back, providing not damaged by users. Q3: What if the products have problem when used for a time? A3: We have an independent after-sales team which is specially for overseas clients. After clients' requests are received, the team will help check the root of the problem and provide the solution after analysis. Within the warranty period, we will take care of the costs and shipping charges to send new spare parts for clients to replace. After the expiration of the warranty period, free technicial support is still available, clients take care of the shipping charges and costs of the spare parts. Q4: Can I get a longer warranty?
